Im Rahmen der Einführungsveranstaltung Studentische Rechtsberatung erfolgt eine Grundanleitung der an der Beratungstätigkeit interessierten Studierenden ab dem dritten Fachsemester unter anderem in die Beratungstaktik, Fristenführung, Haftungsproblematik, Streitwertberechnung, Anwaltsrecht. Dabei werden die Grundzüge des theoretischen Wissens zur Kommunikation, anwaltlichen Gesprächsführung und ergebnisorientierter Konfliktbewältigung vermittelt. Zwecks Herausbildung der Fähigkeit zur juristischen Verarbeitung eines realen Sachverhaltes im Gegensatz zu Schulsachverhalten werden rollenspielmäßige Simulationen des Mandantengesprächs durchgeführt.

Erst nach Abschluss der Einführungsphase beginnt im Sommersemester 2012 die Beratungsphase selbst. Bei den Beratungen werden Verhandlungsgeschick, Problemlösungs-, Argumentations- und Beratungsfähigkeit sowie rhetorische Künste praktisch eingeübt.

Durch regelmäßige Teilnahme an der Einführungsveranstaltung und die spätere Mitarbeit in der Studentischen Rechtsberatung kann eine Schlüsselqualifikation erlangt werden.

Die Teilnehmerzahl ist auf 25 Personen begrenzt.
