Contents, comment

Der Schwerpunkt des Kurses liegt bei der experimentellen Laborarbeit in der Station (also nicht beim Artenbe-stimmen!). Frischmaterialbeschaffung aus dem Felswatt oder vom Kutter. Zellbiologische Versuche mit Stan-dardobjekten der experimentellen Entwicklungsbiologie, Pomatoceros, Echinodermen, Ciona u.a. zur Befruch-tung, Furchung und Differenzierung. Vorkenntnisse in Zellbiologie und Biochemie werden vorausgesetzt. Das zur Exkursion gehörige Seminar "Entwicklungsbiologie mariner Organismen" wird vor Ort in Helgoland durch-geführt.
