209277 Forschungsmodul "Niedere Eukaryoten als Modellorganismen zur Aufklärung grundlegender zellulärer Prozesse" (Pj) (SoSe 2023)

Das Forschungsmodul ermöglicht jedem Studierenden die Bearbeitung eines eigenen Themas unter individueller Betreuung. Die zu bearbeitenden Themen stammen aus dem Bereichen Zellbiologie, Entwicklungsbiologie, Molekularbiologie und Biochemie, wobei als Modellorganismen Grünalgen aus der Familie der Volvocaceae verwendet werden. Die Experimente werden im Forschungslabor durchgeführt, nicht in Praktikumsräumen. Einerseits soll durch die Arbeiten im Forschungsmodul ein kleiner Beitrag zur Aufklärung grundlegender zellulärer Prozesse geleistet werden, andererseits sollen die Studierenden an das selbstständige, wissenschaftliche Arbeiten herangeführt werden. Das Forschungsmodul dient insbesondere der Vorbereitung einer Masterarbeit.
