In diesem Kurs werden die Verhaltensweisen der Brutpflege vergleichend bei Mäusen und Meerschweinchen untersucht, um einen Eindruck der enormen Unterschiede zwischen Nesthockern und Nestflüchtern zu vermitteln. Experimente zur Analyse der Beziehung zwischen Mutter und Jungtier in verschiedenen Stadien der Entwicklung der Jungtiere werden selbst geplant, durchgeführt und ausgewertet (auch statistisch). Das Seminar behandelt grundlegende Arbeiten zu Fragen der Brutpflege. Persönliches Erscheinen bei der Vorbesprechung ist Pflicht. Leistungsnachweis: Seminarvortrag, Ergebnisberichte und Abschlussprotokoll.
