Das Seminar dient zur Begleitung und Reflexion des Praktikums im Hauptstudium für alle Studierenden, die ihr Praktikum in den Bereichen Migrationspädagogik und Kulturarbeit absolvieren. Abhängig von den Bedürfnissen der TeilnehmerInnen werden unterschiedliche Praxisfelder thematisiert und die Anforderungen an professionelles Handeln im jeweiligen Praxisfeld konkretisiert.
Die theoretische Bearbeitung soll im Seminar anhand differenzpädagogischer Literatur bearbeitet werden. Darüber hinaus werden die pädagogisch-praktischen Erfahrungen der TeilnehmerInnen am Beispiel von konkreten Fällen aus dem Praktikum gemeinsam diskutiert und reflektiert. Weiter sollen Fragen zu möglichen Formen und Inhalten von Praktikumsberichten geklärt werden.
