In dieser Vorlesung werden verschiedene Interventionsansätze in Organisationen und die dazugehörigen Organisationstheorien vorgestellt: Im Mittelpunkt stehen klassische Organisationstheorien zu bürokratischen Organisationen (Weber, Mayntz, Bosetzky), Klinischen Organisationen (Foucault, Goffman), Alternativen Organisationen, etc. In einem weiteren Teil werden systemtheoretische und konstruktivistische Verstehenszugänge zu Organisationen vorgestellt und schließlich werden Wissensbestände zu Veränderungsansätzen in Organisationen - Qualitätssicherung, Supervision, Beratung von Organisationen, Teamentwicklung, etc. Gegenstand der Vorlesung sein.
An die Vorlesung ist 14täglich eine Übung angeschlossen, die für Studierende, die einen BPS-Schein erwerben wollen, vorgesehen ist. Diese Studierenden sind aufgefordert, diese Vorlesung ebenfalls zu besuchen.
