Die Veranstaltung bietet wichtige Informationen und Hilfestellungen zu den akademischen An- und Herausforderungen, die Studierende in Schweden zu erwarten haben.

Die Veranstaltung umfaßt insbesondere zwei zentrale Bereiche: die schwedische Wissenschaftskultur und das Universitätssystem Schwedens. Außerdem werden in Kooperation mit dem International Office der Universität Bielefeld schwedischsprachige Erasmus-Studenten eingeladen, über Partnerhochschulen zu referieren.

Der Besuch der Veranstaltung ist nicht an eine Erasmus-Nominierung gebunden. Sie eignet sich auch für die Vorbereitung eines Aufenthaltes in Schweden, der im Rahmen eines anderen universitären Mobilitätsprogramms oder auf Eigeninitiative hin stattfindet.

Diese Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende, die ein Erasmussemester oder -jahr in Schweden planen.
Der Kurs ist für alle Studierenden geöffnet und verlangt kein bestimmtes Sprachniveau.
