Language course for international students of the Bielefeld Graduate Schools and other subjects (mainly) taught in English, as well as for visiting assistants and professors.
This course is designed for absolute beginners and beginners with a very limited knowledge of German. It is based on the communicative approach and contains intensive training of all skills, grammar training and improvement of your speaking-skills. The course focuses on communicative situations, provide information on German culture, and help students to integrate into university life and German society in general. Additional cultural activities will be part of the programme.
This course is equivalent to level A1 within the European Framework of Reference for Languages. Participation will be certified after a written exam.
Prior registration is obligatory for participation in this course. For further information on the course and our terms of enrolment, please contact the PunktUm staff in room C3-226 during office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2.00-4.00 p.m.
