In der Veranstaltung sollen examensrelevante Probleme im Strafrecht anhand von Fallbeispielen, insbesondere anhand von aktuellen Entscheidungen aus der Rechtsprechung, wiederholt werden.

Die Veranstaltung soll der Vorbereitung auf die Klausuren des Ersten Examens dienen.Repetitorium Strafrecht BT (Herr Ransiek)
Inhalt, Kommentar
Schwerpunkt des strafrechtlichen Repetitoriums im Wintersemester sind die Delikte gegen Persönlichkeits- und Gemeinschaftswerte. Examensrelevante Probleme werden anhand von Fällen, insbesondere anhand von aktuellen Entscheidungen aus der Rechtsprechung, wiederholt und vertieft. Auch Bezüge zu Strukturen des Allgemeinen Teils sollen deutlich werden.

Die Veranstaltung soll der Vorbereitung auf die Klausuren der Ersten juristischen Staatsprüfung dienen und baut auf den strafrechtlichen Vorlesungen (Grundkurs AT 1 und 2, Delikte gegen die Person, Vermögensdelikte, sonstige Delikte, StPO) auf, in denen die Teilnehmer bereits Kenntnisse des Allgemeinen und Besonderen Teil des StGB erworben haben sollten.
