Die Vorlesung baut auf der Veranstaltung Grundkurs Strafrecht Allgemeiner Teil I des vergangenen Semesters auf. Behandelt werden die noch offenen Bereiche des Allgemeinen Teils des StGB (vor allem Täterschaft und Teilnahme, Unterlassungsdelikte) sowie die Delikte gegen die Person (Straftaten gegen das Leben, Straftaten gegen die körperliche Unversehrtheit, Freiheitsberaubung und Nötigung, Straftaten gegen die Ehre).
Semesterabschlussklausur und Hausarbeit werden angeboten.
