In dieser Veranstaltung werden die übergreifenden Fragen behandelt, die für sämtliche Straftatbestände des Besonderen Wirtschaftsstrafrechts von Bedeutung sind. Das sind insbesondere Probleme der Kausalität und objektiven Zurechnung, der Täterschaft und Teilnahme sowie der Sanktionierung von Tätern und Unternehmensträgern. Die Darstellung erfolgt fallbezogen. Strafprozessuale und kriminalpolitische Bezüge sollen hergestellt werden. Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende der Schwerpunktbereiche. Sie wird ergänzt durch die Vorlesung Wirtschaftsstrafrecht BT im Sommersemester.
