Im Orientierungsmodul erhalten die Studierenden zunächst einen Überblick über die Ziele und die Struktur des BA Sozialwissenschaften. Die Veranstaltung gibt einen ersten Einblick in Erkenntnistheorie und Theorie-Praxis-Verhältnis in den Sozialwissenschaften sowie in grundlegende Fragestellungen, Wissensgebiete und theoretische Ansätze. Im Zentrum steht der Strukturwandel von Arbeit und Wissen als Gegenstandsbereich sozialwissenschaftlicher Forschung; dabei werden sowohl der sozialgeschichtliche Hintergrund wie auch die institutionelle Einbettung und der kulturelle Kontext dieses sozialen Wandels behandelt.
Im Orientierungsmodul werden den Studierenden auch die Arbeitsmethoden und Arbeitsmittel des sozialwissenschaftlichen Studiums vorgestellt und mit ihnen gemeinsam angewandt; in der Übung sollen sie unterschiedliche Formen selbstständigen wissenschaftlichen Arbeitens und Präsentierens (auch in der Gruppe) erproben und einüben. Damit sollen sie zur fachlichen Strukturierung und organisatorisch-zeitlichen Selbstorganisation ihres Studiums befähigt werden.Leistungsanforderungen:
- Erstellen eines Portfolios (unbenotet)
- benotete Klausur
ACHTUNG: Dies ist die LETZTE Klausur, die im Orientierungsmodul geschrieben werden kann.
