270167 Einführung in R (BS) (SoSe 2014)

R ist eine kostenlose Statistiksoftware, die zunehmend Verbreitung findet. Die Software wird ständig weiterentwickelt und verfügt daher über viele Funktionen und Möglichkeiten, die andere Programme nicht kennen.
Ziel des Workshops ist es, die TeilnehmerInnen mit der Funktionsweise und einigen zentralen Funktionen in R vertraut zu machen, sodass sie anschließend in der Lage sind, selbständig Analysen mit dem Programm durchzuführen.
Die folgenden Inhalte werden im zweitätigen Workshop im Plenum behandelt und im Anschluss an jeden Block anhand von Übungen individuell erprobt:
• Aufbau von R
• Grundlagen der Programmiersprache
• Datenimport und Datenmanagement
• Deskriptive Statistiken
• Ausgewählte inferenzstatistische Verfahren (Multiple Regression, ANOVA)
• Graphiken
