Es handelt sich um eine Veranstaltung im Schwerpunktbereich 8 & 9. Sie ist vorrangig für fortgeschrittene Semester geeignet. Der Stoff wird insbesondere anhand von Fällen vermittelt. Die Veranstaltung dient auch der Examensvorbereitung im Strafrecht. Die Veranstaltung findet alle 2 Wochen 2-stündig statt. An dem ersten Termin werden weitere bekanntgegeben.
