Module 23-ANG-Profil4_G Profile Module 4_G: Advanced British and American Studies

Explanation regarding the elements of the module

Es werden drei der vier Veranstaltungen Profil4.1-4 als Wahlpflicht studiert, in denen jeweils eine Studienleistung erbracht wird. Profil4.5 wird zusätzlich verpflichtend studiert.

Es ist zusätzlich eine Modulprüfung zu erbringen.

Studierende haben bei Profil4.2_G und Profil4.3_G freie Wahl und können Seminare gemäß ihrer Interessen in den British Studies und/oder American Studies belegen. Insbesondere für Lehramtsstudiengänge ist es jedoch ratsam, im Studienverlauf Lehrveranstaltungen sowohl der British Studies als auch der American Studies zu belegen.

Es wird Studierenden nachdrücklich empfohlen, in mindestens einem Wahlpflichtmodul Advanced Academic Writing zu besuchen, da diese Veranstaltung zentrale Arbeitstechniken und Schreibkompetenzen vermittelt, die auch in die Bewertung der Modul- und Studienabschlussarbeiten einfließen.
