Die Vorlesung richtet sich an Studierende des ersten Semesters. Sie führt in das Bürgerliche Recht ein und behandelt dessen Allgemeinen Teil, der bekanntlich eine Besonderheit des deutschen Rechts ist. Ziel ist darüber hinaus die Grundlegung der juristischen Methode und des juristischen Denkens.

Es wird eine Abschlussklausur gem. § 24 I Nr. 1 lit. a) StudPrO 2023 angeboten.

Bibliography

Eine ausführliche Literaturliste mit Anschaffungsempfehlungen wird in der Vorlesung ausgegeben werden.
