Erwachsenenpädagogik steht immer wieder vor der Herausforderung, einem doppelten Mandat gerecht zu werden: dem von Seiten des jeweiligen Bildungsträgers und dem oft nur implizit vermittelten seitens der Lernenden.
Wie können Pädagoginnen und Pädagogen dem gerecht werden, wenn sie eine wertschätzende Bildungsarbeit intendieren, die aber auch das insitutionell vorgegebene Curriculum nicht aus den Augen verliert?
In der Veranstaltung werden die einschlägigen Referenztheorien (zumal Konstruktivismus als Lerntheorie und Anerkennung in intersubjektiven Verhältnissen) diskutiert, ehe der Versuch unternommen wird, Handlungsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren, die sich aus einer Umklammerung des methodisch-didaktischen "Entweder-oder" befreien.
