Der demographische Wandel in Deutschland ist unausweichlich. Die damit beschriebene doppelte Alterung der Bevölkerung hat gravierende Auswirkungen auf Organisationen. In diesem Seminar wird zunächst der demographische Wandel in Deutschland beschrieben und die typischen Folgen der Veränderungen im Alter angesprochen. Auswirkungen auf die Personalarbeit in Unternehmen werden angerissen.
Im Rahmen des Seminars sollen die Studierenden Projekte bearbeiten, z.B. die Altersstruktur von Organisationen begutachten. Daher wird ein Teil der Seminarzeit "im Feld" verbracht.

Requirements for participation, required level

Diese Veranstaltung ist dem Modul R des BSc-Studiengangs zugeordnet. Für diese Veranstaltung ist eine verbindliche Anmeldung erforderlich. Zunächst nehmen Sie bitte diese Veranstaltung in Ihren Stundenplan im eKVV auf, in einem zweiten Schritt tragen Sie sich in die dazugehörige Veranstaltung im Stud.IP ein. Im Stud.IP können Sie sich vom 01.09. bis 30.09.2015 für die Veranstaltungen anmelden.
Nur wenn Sie sich sowohl im eKVV als auch im Stud.IP angemeldet haben, können Sie an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen. Sollten sich mehr Studierende anmelden als Plätze vorhanden sind, wird eine Auswahl aus den Anmeldungen vorgenommen. Für die organisatorische Planung des Seminars ist die Anwesenheit in der ersten Sitzung unbedingt erforderlich!

Die Inhalte des Seminars werden sowohl in Präsenzphasen als auch im Selbststudium erarbeitet. Auf Grund der Ausgestaltung der Veranstaltung mit einem hohen Praxis-, Übungs- und Diskussionsanteil ist die Anwesenheit zur Erbringung einer Studienleistung erforderlich.
Zum Erwerb von 4 Leistungspunkten sollte darüber hinaus ein inhaltlicher Input in Form eines Referats erarbeitet und gehalten, sowie ein Projekt in der Kleingruppe durchgeführt und vorgestellt werden.
