Die Vorlesung knüpft an die Veranstaltung GK Strafrecht AT 1 aus dem Sommersemester an. Aus dem Bereich des StGB-AT werden das Fahrlässigkeits- und das Unterlassungsdelikt, die Konkurrenzen sowie Täterschaft und Teilnahme vertieft. Aus dem StGB-BT werden die Straftaten gegen das Leben, gegen das ungeborene Leben, gegen die körperliche Unversehrtheit sowie gegen die persönliche Freiheit behandelt.
Leistungskontrollen:
In der Vorlesung werden eine Semesterabschlussklausur (§ 21 Abs. 2 lit. a StudPrO) und eine Hausarbeit (§ 21 Abs. 2 lit. b StudPrO) angeboten.
