Das Seminar C „Infektionskrankheiten“ ist ein Teil der Veranstaltung „Vertiefung E-Health“ (Modul 12). In diesem Seminar werden Grundlagen der Infektionskrankheiten und der Einfluss moderner E-Health-Technologien in diesem Arbeitsbereich vermittelt. Hierbei wird Wissen im Bezug auf die Nutzung von sozialen Netzwerken zur Früherkennung von Krankheitsausbrüchen und die weitere Nutzung moderner Informations- und Telekommunikationsstrukturen in der Surveillance von Infektionskrankheiten vermittelt. Ziel der Veranstaltung ist es, dass die Studierenden anhand der Grundlagen der Infektionsepidemiologie eine vertiefende Kompetenzsteigerung im Bereich E-Health erhalten.
