Im Fokus des Seminars stehen Übungsformate, die sich eignen, um möglichst allen Kindern in heterogenen (& inklusiven) Settings gerecht zu werden und dabei gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit bieten über gemeinsame Lerngegenstände zu sprechen. Zum einen werden verschiedene theoretische Facetten rund um das Thema Differenzierung beleuchtet, zum anderen Übungsformate aus verschiedenen Inhaltsbereichen praktisch erprobt.
Schwerpunkt der Arbeit liegt in der praxisorientierten Konzeption möglicher Unterrichtsvorhaben. Dazu werden nötige Theorien grundgelegt, um daran anknüpfend Einstiege, Arbeitsphasen und/oder Reflexionsphasen vorrangig mit substantiellen Aufgabenformaten zu planen. Dabei dient das Plenum als "Simulationsklasse, an der die Überlegungen ausprobiert" werden. Ein letzter wesentlicher Baustein ist die gemeinsame Reflexion der jeweiligen Durchführungen.
