Die Vorlesung "Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht" (Belegnr. 291006 im SoSe 2022) richtet sich insbesondere an Studierende unserer Fakultät, die das Fach Rechtswissenschaft mit dem Ziel „Erste Prüfung“ oder im BA-Studiengang „Recht und Management“ studieren. Studierende in einem BA-Nebenfach sind ebenso willkommen wie Gasthörerinnen und Gasthörer. Erörtert werden die zentralen Themen des Pflichtfachstoffs im Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht.
Vorlesungszeiten: Di 10.15 – 11.45 Uhr und Do 10.15 – 11.45 Uhr in Y-0-111
Beginn: 5.4.2022Zum Ende der Veranstaltung wird eine Klausur angeboten, zu der Einzelheiten rechtzeitig bekannt gegeben werden.
Begleitend zu dieser Vorlesung werden in der zweiten Semesterhälfte Fallübungen im Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht (Wiss. Mitarb. Julius Ernst) angeboten: Di 18.00 -19.30 Uhr, H 1; Beginn: 24. 5. 2022 (Belegnr. 291011 im SoSe 2022)
Die Vorlesung findet als Präsenzveranstaltung statt. Zur Vorlesung werden den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern fortlaufend begleitende Unterlagen zur Verfügung gestellt, die regelmäßig – passwortgeschützt – in den eKVV-Lernraum eingestellt werden. Das Passwort wird ausschließlich in der Veranstaltung bekannt gegeben. E-Mail-Anfragen nach dem Passwort können nicht beantwortet werden.
