270925 Prozesse in Organisationen: Arbeit 4.0 - Wie die Psychologie die moderne Arbeitswelt gestaltet (S) (SoSe 2022)

Im Alltag greifen wir täglich auf digitale Medien wie Online-Zeitungen zurück oder kommunizieren über Smartphones und Apps. Die Digitalisierung hält auch im Arbeitsleben Einzug und neue Arbeitsformen entstehen. In diesem Seminar wollen wir uns damit beschäftigen, welche Auswirkungen digitale Technologien wie zum Beispiel Smartwatches und Datenbrillen sowie miteinander kommunizierende und vernetzte Maschinen auf die Beschäftigten haben. Wie verändert sich das Arbeitsleben und welche Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten haben wir als Psychologen?
Wir werden uns anhand von Beispielen aus Forschungs- und Praxisprojekten unter anderem mit den folgenden Themen beschäftigen: Arbeitsgestaltung, Crowdworking, Assistenzsysteme, Mensch-Maschine-Teams und Gerechtigkeit, Change Management, Qualifikation und Kompetenzen für die Arbeit von morgen.
Die Inhalte des Seminars werden sowohl in Präsenzphasen als auch im Selbststudium erarbeitet. Vorgesehene Arbeitsformen sind die Kleingruppenarbeit und das eigenständige Arbeiten.

Requirements for participation, required level

Die Veranstaltung wird voraussichtlich in Präsenz stattfinden; ggfs. wird in Abhängigkeit von der pandemischen Entwicklungauf auf hybride Form umgestellt. Das bedeutet dann, dass die Studierenden die Möglichkeit haben sowohl in Präsenz als auch via Zoom-Meeting am Seminar teilzunehmen.

Diese Veranstaltung ist dem Modul 27-AF-AO2 des BSc-Studiengangs Psychologie zugeordnet. Für diese Veranstaltung ist eine verbindliche Anmeldung erforderlich. Nehmen Sie dazu bitte diese Veranstaltung in Ihren Stundenplan im eKVV auf. Nur wenn Sie sich im eKVV angemeldet haben, können Sie an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass es separate Platzvergaben im Bereich der Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie (AE10, Veranstaltungsnrn 270300, 270925) und Sozialpsychologie (AE15, Veranstaltungsnr 270137, 270930) geben wird. Grundsätzlich ist es aber möglich, in diesem Semester mehrere Seminare des Moduls gleichzeitig zu besuchen. Genaueres erfahren Sie Ende März.

Die Inhalte des Seminars werden sowohl in Präsenzphasen als auch im Selbststudium erarbeitet. Auf Grund der Ausgestaltung der Veranstaltung mit einem hohen Praxis-, Übungs- und Diskussionsanteil ist die Anwesenheit zur Erbringung einer Studienleistung erforderlich.
