291501 Historische Grundlagen des Privatrechts (V) (SoSe 2012)

Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende im Grundstudium. Gegenstand ist die Herkunft der europäischen Privatrechtsordnungen (mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Deutschland, aber u.a. auch das ganz anders strukturierte Common Law des angelsächsischen Rechtskreises wird im Überblick vorgestellt). Zugleich soll das Verständnis des heutigen Rechts gefördert werden. Nachdem kurz die Wurzeln im römischen Recht aufgezeigt wurden, geht es vor allem um die Rezeption dieses Rechts seit dem Mittelalter in Europa und um die modernen Kodifikationen (19./20. Jh.).
Zum Erwerb des kleinen Grundlagenscheines wird abschließend eine Klausur (120 Min. Bearbeitungszeit) angeboten.
