Im Seminar werden einführend die gesetzlichen Grundlagen, Debatten über das (Selbst-) Verständnis, Organisations- und Handlungslogiken professioneller Akteur*innen der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe diskutiert. Inwiefern sich der mit der Einführung des Kinder- und Jugendhilfegesetzes vollzogene Paradigmenwechsel zu einer Leistungsorientierung, auch durch die kinderschutzbezogenen Neuregelungen, noch heute nachzeichnen lässt, wird im Seminarverlauf analysiert.
Studienleistungen können durch Beiträge zum Seminar erworben werden.

Die Lehrveranstaltung findet aufgrund des Online-Semesters voraussichtlich ohne Präsenzsitzungen statt. Über den Seminarablauf und die geplanten Online-Formate werden vor Seminarbeginn über den E-Mail-Verteiler des eKVV bzw. den Lernraum informiert. Für die Möglichkeiten des E- und Distance-Learning stellen Sie sich auf die Video-Plattform Zoom ein, um unterschiedliche Arbeitsformate im Webinar realisieren zu können.
