Wenn man von einer Gesellschaft der Übersetzungsverhältnisse ausgeht, gilt für jeden Steuerungsimpuls, dass dieser in einer Übersetzungskaskade vielfältige Bedeutungsbrüche zwischen Systemen, Organisationen, Milieus und Personen erfahren wird. Das Seminar führt zunächst in die Theorie der Übersetzungsverhältnisse ein und beschäftigt sich empirisch mit Organisationen (und deren Ordnungsvorstellungen), die ihre Steuerungsansinnen als Übersetzung zu kontrollieren versuchen. Beispiele könnten politische, zivilgesellschaftliche oder philanthropische Organisationen sein.
Requirements for participation, required level

Wünschenswert, aber nicht notwendig sind Vorkenntnisse in soziologischer Theorie, Rechts- und/oder Organisationssoziologie. Notwendig hingegen: Interesse am Thema.

Studienleistung: Sie werden zwischen Kommentaren, Präsentationen, Exzerpten und Projektpräsentationen wählen können. Weitere Details folgen, sobald die Teilnehmerzahl absehbar ist. (vgl. 301151 WiSe 2020/21)
Für eine benotete Prüfungsleistung ist bis zum 30. September 2021 eine Hausarbeit erforderlich, die so lang sein soll, wie es das Thema erfordert, aber 25 Seiten nicht wesentlich überschreitet; frühere Einsendungen sind möglich.
