Das Seminar umfasst sowohl historische Entwicklungslinien wie theoretische Erkenntnisse zur Gruppendynamik zur Gruppenanalyse und zur Gruppenstruktur. Beginnend bei Freuds Theorie der Masse über die Theorien zur Kleingruppe und zum gruppendynamischen Labor bis hin zur klinischen Theorien und Sozialpsychologie der Gruppe werden wesentliche Erkenntnisse zu Gruppentheorie vermittelt.
