230068 Espacios de contacto lingüístico en el mundo hispánico y lusófono: aproximación al fenómeno de contacto desde una perspectiva sociolingüística (S) (WiSe 2019/2020)

En este curso se estudiará el contacto lingüístico entre el español y/o el portugués con lenguas minoritarias, tanto en la península ibérica como en el continente americano. Por tanto, el marco geográfico comprende una diversidad de áreas de encuentro: entre el castellano y las lenguas cooficiales en España, como el gallego, o entre el portugués y el español en la frontera de Uruguay y Brasil, etc. Se ahondará en los fenómenos de la interferencia lingüística, el cambio de código y las lenguas híbridas. El enfoque será esencialmente sociolingüístico, por lo que también se tendrán en cuenta la identidad lingüística de los hablantes, así como la política lingüística en cada uno de los espacios de contacto.
Los objetivos de este seminario consistirán en a) localizar espacios de contacto entre lenguas hegemónicas y minoritarias (o minorizadas), b) describir los puntos de encuentro desde una perspectiva lingüística y proporcionando ejemplos, así como c) abstraer conclusiones acerca de la repercusión que estos espacios de encuentro tienen tanto para sus hablantes como para el desarrollo de las lenguas en contacto. Además de ello, se insistirá en la definición del término y fenómeno del contacto lingüístico como hilo conductor del seminario.
El curso será principalmente impartido en español y los métodos de evaluación se discutirán el primer día de clase.
