230402 Übung zur Kultur- und Medienwissenschaft (S) (WiSe 2018/2019)

Die Übung, die in Seminarform abgehalten wird und sich an Bachelor-Studierende der Fächer Französisch und Spanisch richtet, schließt unmittelbar an die im Sommersemester 2018 abgehaltene Einführungsveranstaltung an. Sie vermittelt ebenfalls systematisches Grundwissen zu Konzepten, Theorien und Methoden der aktuellen Kultur- und Medienwissenschaft (wie Gender Studies, Memoria-Forschung, Kulturtechnikforschung e.a.), deren heuristische Tragfähigkeit nun aber vornehmlich in der konkreten Analyse unterschiedlicher Medienpraktiken (insbes. Literatur und Film) aus französisch- und spanischsprachigen Medienkulturen von der Frühen Neuzeit bis zur Gegenwart erprobt werden sollen. Ziel der Übung ist es, ausgehend von zentralen systematischen Konzepten und Kategorien grundlegende Techniken und Verfahren der Kultur- und Medienanalyse einzuüben.

Die behandelten Texte und Filme werden den Teilnehmer*innen der Übung zu Beginn des Semesters bekannt gegeben.
