Das Seminar möchte einerseits einen kleinen Überblick über die wichtigsten Themenfelder sportpsychologischer Forschung geben. Zum anderen wird es sich schwerpunktmäßig mit Themen zur sportpsychologischen Intervention in verschiedenen Anwendungsfeldern auseinander setzen. Ausgehend von einer Beschreibung der theoretischen Grundlagen psychologischer Intervention im Sport und der Rahmenbedingungen ihrer praktischen Anwendung wird hierbei versucht, einen Einblick in die wichtigsten Bereiche sportpsychologischen Handelns zu geben. Im Einzelnen geht es dabei um die sportpsychologische Intervention im Bereich des Leistungssports, im Bereich der gesundheitsbezogenen Prävention und Rehabilitation sowie im Bereich der Psychotherapie
