Die aktuelle politische Situation fordert (mich) auf, über den Zusammenhang von Politik und Pädagogik erneut nachzudenken. Die Veröffentlichung "Das Pädagogische und das Politische" von Casale, Koller und Ricken ist aus dem Zusammenhang der Kommission Bildungs- und Erziehungsphilosophie der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Erziehungswissenschaft (als zentraler wissenschaftlichen Fachgesellschaft der EW) entstanden. Er versammelt unter den Stichworten Neo/Liberalismus, Krise der Repräsentation und radikale Demokratietheorie grundlegende Analysen und Reflexionen zu Verwobenheiten pädagogischer Praxen und Theorien mit derzeitigen politischen Verhältnissen. Im ersten Teil des Seminars sollen ausgewählte Beiträge dieser erziehungswissenschaftlichen Perspektiven diskutiert werden. Im zweiten Teil sollen Texte im Mittelpunkt stehen, die die Teilnehmenden des Seminars vorschlagen - und zwar Texte, die sie für ihre politischen und pädagogischen Verständnisse und Zusammenhänge nützlich und interessant finden.
