Das Seminar wird veranstaltet gemeinsam mit Herrn Prof. Dr. Zhou Lin vom Intellectual Property Center der China Academy of Social Sience (CASS) in Beijing. Prof. Zhou Lin gehört in China zu den führenden Fachleuten auf dem Gebiet des Urheberrechts. Sein Buch mit dem Titel "China Court Cases on Intellectual Property Rhights" gehört zu den besten Case-Books in China. Das vorgesehene Seminar soll in zwei Teilen (im Block) abgehalten werden. Einer von Prof. Zhou Lin gehaltenen Einführung in Chinese Copyright Law und einem Moot-Court, bei dem Studenten die Rolle der Richter bzw. der Parteien in einem konkreten Fall einnehmen und an die sich eine Diskussion und eine Abschlussveranstaltung anschließen. Das Seminar wird in englischer Sprache abgehalten. Vorkenntnisse im Chinesischen Recht sind nicht erforderlich. Zuhörer sind willkommen und erwünscht. Voraussichtlicher Termin: Ende Mai/ Anfang Mai.
