230501 Creative Writing (S) (SoSe 2023)

In this broad introduction to Creative Writing, participants will be able to experiment with a wide spectrum of writing techniques. In addition to providing a forum for participants to work intensively at their own writing skills, the seminar should interest future teachers alert to the rich potential of creative writing in teaching language and literature.
The seminar will take place in hybrid format - in the classroom and simultaneously via Zoom. The material for the sessions will be presented in class and/or uploaded in the LernraumPlus.

Requirements for participation, required level

Students can take this seminar for the module element VM6.2. Space permitting, people who don't or no longer need these credits, but simply enjoy writing and talking about writing with others, are also welcome. Projects for the VM6 "Prüfungsleistung" can also be developed from the seminar.

For the Studienleistung, participants should upload (at least) 14 of the writing tasks done on the basis of the input and prompts from the weekly sessions. Prompts and ideas will also be uploaded in the LernraumPlus.
