Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende, die sich bereits in der Examensvorbereitung befinden. In Kleingruppen sollen zunächst die theoretischen Grundlagen der juristischen Vortragsgestaltung im ersten Examen vermittelt werden. Daran anschließend werden juristische Vorträge anhand von exemplarischen Übungsfällen geübt.
Das Seminar findet geblockt (2 Tage à 4 SWS) pro Gebiet einmal im Monat statt.
Eine persönliche Anmeldung erfolgt im Examinatoriumsbüro (Raum U8-217).
