Descripción: Es un seminario de carácter inter-institucional entre la Universität Bielefeld y la Universidad de Guadalajara (México), compartido entre dos profesores con especialidad en estudios de la literatura, cultura y de los medios.
Objetivos: Este seminario tiene como propósito introducir las y los participantes a las principales propuestas teóricas y metodológicas de los estudios de la literatura, cultura y de los medios, en el ámbito de los estudios interamericanos. En el curso, los y las estudiantes se familiarizan con los métodos y las normas de la investigación científica en las disciplinas arriba mencionadas. La finalidad es mejorar sus condiciones para la redacción del trabajo académico escrito (Hausarbeit), que se requiere en la mayoría de los casos para los cierres de módulos del Máster, así como para la elaboración de la tesis del Máster. Al mismo tiempo, los y las participantes se prepararán para la elaboración de un proyecto de tesis de una Maestría en la UdeG.
