Dieses Seminar bietet eine Einführung in längsschnittliche Methoden der Arbeitsmarktforschung (z. B. Panelregression, Ereignisanalyse). Im Anschluss an eine Einführung in diese Methoden werden die SeminarteilnehmerInnen eigenständig Analysen anhand der Daten des Sozio-oekonomischen Panels (SOEP) vornehmen. Hierzu erfolgt im Rahmen des Seminars eine Einführung in das SOEP sowie in STATA.
Gute methodische Kenntnisse sowie Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit STATA sind von Vorteil, jedoch nicht Teilnahmevoraussetzung.
