Ziel der Veranstaltung ist es, sich die zur erfolgreichen Bearbeitung von Klausuren erforderlichen Arbeitstechniken anzueignen, um so anhand von Original-JPA-Klausuren ein Gespür für die Problemschwerpunkte einer Strafrechtsklausur zu erlangen. Darüber hinaus erhalten die Studierenden in insgesamt 2 Klausuren die Möglichkeit, ihr so erlangtes Wissen auch fallorientiert anzuwenden.

Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende in der Examensvorbereitung. Das Seminar richtet sich ausdrücklich auch an Teilnehmer des
„Seminars zur Klausurtechnik im StrafR“, da neue Fälle erörtert werden.
