Course description:
The primary goal of this course is to introduce advanced students in economics to economic analyses of innovation, where the focus of this lecture is on the link between innovation and the dynamics of markets and industries. Coursework will provide students with a solid understanding of theoretical models of industrial and market dynamics. Topics include models of technological diffusion, models of industrial life cycles and models of industrial evolution.

Course requirement:
Depending on the curriculum of your study there will be either an exam of 60 minutes in the upcoming semester break or a module exam together with the lecture ‘innovation economics’.
