Wie keine zweite historische Figur war der unvergleichliche Welteroberer Alexander der Große Gegenstand von Anekdoten und Exempla in der römischen Literatur. Unser Seminar will die Einbettung und Funktionalisierung dieser Tradition genauer untersuchen.
