Die Vorlesung ist Teil des Grundstudiums der Rechtswissenschaft (Modul: Modul: Öff. Recht B)). Sie wendet sich an Studierende mit Kenntnissen des Verfassungs- und des Allgemeinen Verwaltungsrechts. Sie vermittelt die studien- und prüfungsrelevanten Fragen des Polizei- und Ordnungsrechts.
Eine Gliederung, Literaturhinweise, einen Foliensatz und ein kleines Fallrepetitorium finden Sie passwortfrei auf der Homepage des Lehrstuhls.
Es wird eine Abschlussklausur angeboten. Studierende anderer Fächer als der Rechtswissenschaft können an ihr teilnehmen und erhalten einen Leistungsnachweis nach ihrer jeweiligen Studienordnung. In Zweifelsfällen kommen Sie bitte in die Sprechstunde.
Zu den Vorlesungen finden begleitend Tutorials statt, in denen die Fallbearbeitung geübt und auf die Abschlussklausur vorbereitet wird.
