Den Reiz des Seminars macht die Teilnehmer*innenzusammensetzung aus. Das Seminar bietet die Chance, die Kooperation der unterschiedlichen Professionen im Gemeinsamen Lernen (Schule) oder in der Jugendhilfe bereits im Rahmen der akademischen Ausbildung miteinander zu erproben. Interaktiv bildet sich ein tieferes Verständnis für die zukünftige eigene Rolle aus und die Vorstellung von den Rollen und Aufgaben möglicher Kooperationspartner*innen wird angebahnt. Gastvorträge (u.a. Schulsozialarbeit) bereichern den Einblick in die Praxis.

Im Seminar wird die multiprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit Kooperationsmodellen verknüpft. Die verschiedenen Ebenen und Bereiche der Zusammenarbeit werden ausdifferenziert, strukturelle und individuelle Gelingensbedingungen thematisiert.
Die Teilnehmer*innen lernen zentrale Aspekte und Prozesse der Teamentwicklung und -organisation unter Berücksichtigung der berufsspezifischen Identitäten kennen. Sie setzen sich mit dem Einfluss von Rollenverhalten und Einstellungen auseinander und unterscheiden förderliche und hemmende Variablen in der Zusammenarbeit. Nicht zuletzt lernen die Teilnehmer*innen Instrumente zur Reflexion kooperativer Prozesse kennen.

Master of Arts: Voraussetzung ist die Einschreibung im Master of Arts Erziehungswissenschaft im SoSe24.
M.Ed. BiWi HRSGe: Voraussetzung ist die Einschreibung im Master of Education BiWi HRSGe im SoSe24.
M.Ed. UFP: Voraussetzung ist die Einschreibung im Master of Education, Unterrichtsfach Pädagogik im SoSe24.

Master of Education: Voraussetzung ist die Einschreibung im Master of Education - Erziehungswissenschaft Integrierte Sonderpädagogik mit dem Berufsziel Lehramt für sonderpädagogische Förderung im SoSe 24
