Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie sich diese Veranstaltung in dem Modul „31-M11 Profilmodul Human Resources (HR)" und "31-M28 Profilmodul Unternehmungsführung" anrechnen lassen können. Wichtig: Pro Semester wird nur eine PÜ angeboten, zur Beendigung eines Profils muss jeweils eine Übung besucht werden.

Contents, comment

In der praktischen Übung werden die in den Vorlesungen erworbenen theoretischen Kenntnisse durch konkrete personalwirtschaftliche Fragestellungen ergänzt – entweder praxisnah durch eine Kooperation mit einem Unternehmen oder wissenschaftlich anhand empirischer Befunde. Die Gestaltung der Übungen variiert je nach Semester und es können unterschiedliche Schwerpunkte gesetzt werden.
