In den letzten Dekaden hat sich innerhalb der Experimentellen Psychologie und Kognitiven Neurowissenschaft die Erkenntnis durchgesetzt, dass Wahrnehmung und Handlung keine von einander isolierten Leistungen des Gehirns sind. Aufmerksamkeitsproessen wird eine zentrale Rolle bei der Interaktionen zwischen beiden mentalen Funktionen zugeschrieben. In dem Seminar sollen sowohl ältere klassische Arbeiten als auch neueste Forschung zum aktuellen Stand erarbeitet und diskutiert werden.

Lernziele und Kompetenzerwerb:
- Einen verständlichen und wissenschaftlich validen Vortrag zu halten
- Produktive Diskussionsfragen zu wissenschaftlichen Texten formulieren sowie die zugehörige Diskussion mit
den anderen Studierenden leiten

Requirements for participation, required level

Das Seminar richtet sich nur an Studierende des MSc Experimentelle Psychologie und Neurowissenschaft, des MSc Psychologie (Modul E) sowie des MSc Klinische Psychologie und Psychotherapie.

Das Seminar wird vollständig in Präsenz an der Universität Bielefeld stattfinden.
Die Anforderungen für einen Leistungspunkterwerb sind folgende:
- Übernahme einer Sitzung mit Vortrag und Diskussionsleitung (mehrere Studierende pro Sitzung möglich)
- Kurzaufsatz zu einem abgesprochenen Seminarthema
- Regelmäßige Teilnahme

Für die optionale Prüfungsleistung ist eine Hausarbeit vorgesehen.

Die Seminarplätze werden in der ersten Sitzung vergeben.
