Ziel des Seminars ist die Darstellung, Diskussion und Reflexion grundlegender Begriffe, Dimensionen und Konzeptionen von global governance. Teil 1 behandelt Grundbegriffe, Teil 2 Faktoren globaler Gouvernanz und Teil 3 Steuerungsprobleme globaler Gouvernanz: Souveränität, Legitimität, Komplexität und Heterogenität. All dies auf fortgeschrittenem Niveau.
