Ziel
Es wird ein Überblick über die bewährten Methoden der Medienforschung und ihren Bezug zur Sozial- und Gesundheitsforschung gegeben.
Die Studierenden sollen nach dieser Veranstaltung:- einen Überblick über Einsatzmöglichkeiten und Grenzen der wichtigsten Methoden haben
- in der Lage sein, problem- und situationsspezifisch geeignete Methoden auszuwählen und an-zuwenden.

Allgemeine Medienforschung- Was ist Medienforschung?
- Wie entwickelt man Hypothesen?
- Wie werden Erhebungsinstrumente konstruiert?
- Wie werden Erhebungen durchgeführt?
- Wie werden Forschungsdesigns entwickelt?
- Wie werden Forschungsberichte geschrieben?

- Mediennutzungs- und Medienwirkungsforschung
- Medienökonomie
- Medienpolitik
- Die Rolle der Medienforschung in der Gesundheitspolitik
