Die Veranstaltung ist Kern- bzw. Ergänzungsfach mehrerer Schwerpunktbereiche. Sie behandelt aktuelle Fragestellungen anhand neuerer Gerichtsentscheidungen oder praktischer Fälle. Dabei werden Rechtsfragen (auch aus dem Pflichtfach) wiederholt und vertieft sowie neue Rechtsfragen erarbeitet. Eine intensive Mitarbeit der Teilnehmerinnen ist erforderlich.
Leistungsnachweise werden nicht angeboten. Auf Wunsch kann eine Schlüsselqualifikation erlangt werden.
Einzelheiten werden in der Vorbesprechung zu Beginn des Semesters (vgl. besondere Ankündigung) vereinbart.
Ergänzend findet eine Fallübung statt (nur in den Wochen, in denen kein Seminartermin liegt.
