610321 Training im Schulsport (GK) (SoSe 2024)

Themengebiete der Veranstaltung "Training im Schulsport" setzen sich zum einen aus dem Training von Fähigkeiten und zum anderen aus der Verbesserung grundlegender Fertigkeiten zusammen. Auf Seiten der Fähigkeiten werden die Themengebiete des Ausdauer-, Kraft, Schnelligkeits-, Beweglichkeits-, Koordinations-, Taktik- und psychologischen Training behandelt. Hierbei wird schwerpunktmäßig der systematische Trainingsaufbau unter Berücksichtigung der individuellen Belastungssteuerung anhand trainingswissenschaftlicher und sportpädagogischer, theoretischer Grundlagen thematisiert. Dabei wird angestrebt die Teilnehmenden zu befähigen, Trainingsprozesse im Schulsport, auch in Hinblick auf heterogene Lerngruppen, zu gestalten und zu reflektieren.

Es werden keine speziellen Teilnahmevoraussetzungen erwartet.

Eine Literaturliste wird zu Beginn der Veranstaltung im Lernraum veröffentlicht.

Für den Leistungsnachweis ist eine aktive Teilnahme am Seminar von mind. 80% der Seminarzeit notwendig. Zum Erwerb von Leistungspunkten ist außerdem die aktive, didaktisch-methodische Mitgestaltung des Seminars sowie die theoriebasierte Reflexion der Seminarinhalte gefordert.
