Die Studierenden:

  • können Modelle des Gesundheitsverhaltens (unter Berücksichtigung geschlechtsspezifischer Aspekte) am Beispiel des Lungenkarzinoms erläutern
  • erläutern Ätiologie und Pathogenese bösartiger Tumoren am Beispiel des Lungenkarzinoms bei der Frau
  • können Veränderungen im Stoffwechsel von Tumoren (am Beispiel des Lungenkarzinoms) erklären


geschlechtersensible Medizin: Lungenkarzinom der Frau unter speziellen Aspekten der Onkologie, Pathologie und Pharmakotherapie

Die Studierenden sollen Einblicke in die Spezifika (epidemiologisch, biologisch etc.) von Tumorleiden vor geschlechtersensiblem Hintergrund, isnebsondere im Hinblick auf das Lungenkarzinoms bei Frauen erhalten

Diese Vorlesung wird fachmäßig in diesem ersten Durchgang durch die Allgemeine Pathologie abgehalten, wobei additive Informationen und Lehrinhalte durch die Hämatologie/Onkologie (in personam unterstützt durch Hr. Prof. Weißinger) sowie geschlechtersensible Medizin bzw. Gendermedizin (in personam unterstützt durch Frau Prof. Oertelt-Prigione) beigesteuert werden.

Im Rahmen der Vorlesung werden den Studierenden die wichtigsten Aspekte und eine Einführung zur Epidemiologie, Klinik und Pathologie sowie auf ein Ausblick auf therapeutische Ansätze vermittelt. Hierbei wird auch ein Aspekt auf den geschlechterspezifischen Unterschieden bei Lungenmetastasen (also Primarius an anderer Stelle) liegen.

Ein Teil des wird die gemeinsame Erarbeitung der aktuellen S3 Leitlinie zur Prävention, Diagnostik, Therapie und Nachsorge des Lungenkarzinoms (AWMF-Langversion) mit Hinblick auf Besonderheiten bei der Frau darstellen.
