Gegenstand des Blockseminars ist das „Gruppentraining sozialer Kompetenzen (GSK)“ von Hinsch und Pfingsten (2007). Nach der Aufarbeitung der theoretischen Grundlagen des Trainingsprogramms werden die Teilnehmer/innen mit dessen praktischer Anwendung näher vertraut gemacht. Das geschieht vor allem in einem Blockseminar mit Übungen insbesondere zum Videofeedback.

Das Seminar setzt den erfolgreichen Besuch der Vorgängerveranstaltung „Soziale Ängste und Kompetenzprobleme I“ aus dem SS 2010 voraus.
