Im Seminar werden wir die Bedeutung früher mathematischer Bildungsprozesse herausarbeiten. Wir wollen gemeinsam zentrale Ziele, Inhalte und Prozesse der frühen mathematischen Bildung erarbeiten und uns die Gestaltung des mathematischen Lernens im Kita-Alltag näher anschauen. Dazu werden wir einen Blick in die Bildungspläne werfen, die zentralen mathematischen Inhaltsbereiche für das Mathematiklernen im Kindergarten betrachten, verschiedene mathematische Spiele austesten und diskutieren sowie Diagnose und Förderkonzepte kennenlernen und reflektieren.
Im Fokus des Seminars stehen folgende Fragen:
• Welche Ziele hat die frühe mathematische Bildung? Was verlangen die Bildungspläne?
• Wie sieht mathematisches Lernen im Kindergarten aus? Wie können mathematische Inhalte sachgerecht und kindgerecht thematisiert werden?
• Welche mathematischen Kompetenzen erwerben Kinder schon vor Schuleintritt? Wie entwickeln sich mathematische Kompetenzen bei Kindern?
• Wie kann der Übergang zwischen Kindergarten und Schule anschlussfähig gestaltet werden?
